Been lost at sea so many times

So I'll anchor here, hoping I find you

Chasing the same north star

Blank canvases building, hoping, dreaming

Empty spaces filling with line and color each day

Each creating patterns in a sea of possibilities

Pages now brimming with narrative and perspective

What do I keep and what do I rewrite?

Before a new page is handed to me

To hold back the fear

I’ll set you into motion

To go further than you imagined

Now unraveling to save me
